Innovation in Action
Nilpeter Presses
We are proud to be the first company in the UK to take delivery of two Nilpeter FA-26 flexographic printing presses at our Newcastle site. This powerful pairing elevates our production of linerless labels—offering best-in-class solutions for our clients.
Grafotronic Equipment
Our sites in Barwell, UK and Poland have also benefitted from investments in Grafotronic DCL machines, including an advanced DCL Haptic embellishing line. This technology adds unique tactile finishes that can make labels truly memorable. By expanding our embellishment capacity, we help your products stand out on crowded shelves and connect with customers through premium, high-end designs.
Digital Presses
To meet the growing demand for short runs and quick turnarounds, we’ve added another SCREEN Truepress digital inkjet press—our third in the Group. Combining digital printing technology along with flexographic printing allows us to handle orders ranging from a few hundred labels to several million with equal efficiency and quality. As a result, our customers can launch new products quickly, test different design options cost-effectively, and scale with ease.
Soma Presses
For our Flexibles Division, we have just invested in two Soma Engineering flexo presses at our Telford site. Running at speeds of up to 600m per minute, they offer outstanding print quality, improved defect detection, and greater reliability. With two identical presses, we can ensure continuous production even if one press requires maintenance, giving our customers added security and uninterrupted supply.
